Hi, Just wanted to say thank you for really taking the time for me!! Not having a night guard would be a nightmare! I called Thursday Aug 23rd to see if I could possibly get an appt. You guys got me in SAME DAY!! :) Not only that, the young lady who helped me made sure it was ready the next day. I know that took a lot! Please pass this on to Anne and Dr. Chandler. I had my first visit with your office last week, and I wanted to send a thank you for two specific reasons:
1. The whole experience was great, staff very knowledgeable, office friendly, and the process was smooth. The advice was personalized, and for the first time in a long time I feel like I have “my dentist.” Feels great. I especially appreciated the good explanation and advice on wisdom teeth, versus the standard “just pull all 4 and deal with it.”
2. A special thank you to Anne. She noticed that my mouth was “dry” and asked pertinent questions, then suggested I stop using alcohol based mouthwash and switch to a natural/baking soda based toothpaste. I’ve been going to the dentist my whole life and no one ever noticed my dry mouth or advised on this, and I never thought of it as something to bring up. But in the week after my visit, as I’ve taken her recommendation, it’s been a huge blessing. My dry mouth manifested to me as intense thirstiness. I drink a *lot* of water as a result, and I often drink 16-32 oz of water during the course of the night. Following Anne’s advice has meant a significantly less dry mouth which has reduced this feeling of thirstiness… which translates into much better sleep. A big deal!
The personal attention, wisdom, and care meant a lot, and I just wanted to say “thank you!”

Hi, I just wanted to let you know how happy I was with my appointment with you last week. After seeing other dentists who painted a pretty grim picture of my situation with my teeth, it was great to hear that I had some more restorative options available to me which really set my mind at ease. Also, the fact that you gave me a detailed estimate as how much all of the work will cost me was super helpful. the way it was laid out on paper with each phase of what is needed to be done with my teeth really made the whole process more manageable. Again, Thank you so much and I will see you at my next appointment!

Dear Dr. Ashleigh,
Thank you so much for volunteering your time and efforts to fix the issue I was having with a filling from a previous dentist. Your kindness is truly appreciated! I also value your communication when dealing with patients-you put me at ease by telling me just what you were going to do and why. My former dentist lacked communication, so I never knew what was being done or why it was very unnerving!
Again, thank you for fixing my filling! I can now floss without the aggravation of dealing with broken or shredded floss!

My hygienist is Jess. She is such a pleasure to see when I come in. She's always smiling. She takes the time to educate me on ways to keep my mouth healthy. She's caring and is concerned about my oral health. If you haven't tried this office yet, please do. You won't be disappointed!

Everything was great. I appreciated the blood pressure check at the beginning of the session. Stacy was super, as usual. Always a pleasure to talk with and does excellent work.
The office looks awesome - it's very clean, painted in pleasing colors and flows nicely. I should have switched dentists sooner! Margo did an excellent job with the cleaning. Honestly, I don't think I've ever left the dentist with teeth so clean! Every bit of plaque is gone! Love her!!!

Leni, who set up my appointment, was very sweet and more than helpful with telling me my pricing options without insurance. Jessica could not have been more informative. She was very caring and sincere and I loved how I didn't feel like she was in a rush to get me out of there; as there are so many dentist offices who do that. Dr. Chandler was a very nice dentist and I left my appointment feeling more knowledgeable about the health of my teeth and gums than I ever have. I have definitely found the dentist office that I will be going to from now on! Thank you!

Stacy, Dr. Chandler's dental assistant, was excellent!! She was so friendly, professional, and she made my experience overall very comfortable. I like the fact that she explained everything she intended to do as she was getting ready to do it (no surprises). She was great!!!
Before my last visit eating on my right side was a recurrent and painful experience. Food was always being packed into the gap between two of my bottom right teeth. What a positive difference since your team installed my new crown. It has the right amount of gap, fits perfectly with my other teeth and eating has become a pleasure. Thank you very much.

From the time I contacted MA (sp?) to schedule my first appointment until the time I was leaving my appointment, I was always treated with respect and with a smile! Drs. Ashleigh and Chandler, as well as their staff are extremely thorough and take the time to explain everything before and during your visit. I wasn't sure how my 3 year old son would do at his appointment, but after watching me he was willing to sit in the chair. Then the hygienist made the environment so comfortable and fun that he was excited to get his teeth cleaned.

Jessica did an excellent job of "teaching" and explaining, and answering my questions. I knew more about caring for my teeth--when I was through She motivated me with praise, and further instruction. It's great to be a "teacher" in whatever work we are in. Suggestions and explanations from Dr. Chandler were helpful. The staff was patient and helpful. The chair massage was out of this world! :)

I sincerely appreciate Dr. Chandler working with my family’s financial situation. My salary last year was cut in half and we have two in college.
Everything was explained very well. Jessica is wonderful and Stacy is a gem!! I was made very welcome and although I have to get a crown, it was explained well and my fears were eased a little, now if we could just afford it! We are going to use the care credit option.
